Eric D. Miller

Eric Miller grew up in Lyons, Nebraska where he was extensively involved on his family's farming operation over the years. He received his Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness-Banking and Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2014, and his J.D. from Nebraska College of Law in 2017 with an individualized program of study in Agricultural, Banking and Business Law, which included significant focus on corporate, estate planning and real estate planning, and real estate law. Eric remains involved on the family farm and operates Northeast Livestock with his brothers, raising and placing highly competitive show lambs nationwide. Eric was also a member of the livestock judging team at UNL and remains actively involved in the judging program, helping collegiate and 4-H/FFA teams.

In addition to A.M. Anderson Abstract Company, Eric is an attorney at Hart & Huyser, P.C., L.L.O., in Cozad, Nebraska, where he assistsclients with real estate, title insurance, estate and business planning, and agriculture law issues.
